Notice of Meeting
Please note that the Annual General Meeting of Italian Canadian Savings & Credit Union Limited will take place at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012 at the Famèe Furlane Toronto located on 7065 Islington Avenue, Woodbridge, Ontario.
The purpose of the meeting is:
- To receive the Report of Directors, the Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report and the Audit Committee Report
- To appoint the auditor
- To elect three directors
- To transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting
Registration at 6:30PM; Meeting at 7:00PM
