About IC Savings

Italian Canadian Savings & Credit Union or IC Savings is a credit union that offers a full range of banking services including mortgages, chequing and savings accounts, retirement and investment products.

Established in 2000, IC Savings opened its first branch in Woodbridge with a focus on personal service, the hallmark of co-operative banking. We became profitable within the first year of operations and have remained profitable ever since. We now have four branches in the Greater Toronto Area with plans to expand into more neighbourhoods in the near future.

We have a 7,000-strong membership base, manage $305 million in assets and rank strongly among the 25 largest credit unions in Canada. Profits are distributed by the Board of Directors for the benefit of our members, community, and for the growth and strength of the Credit Union.

We are rooted in the Italian community, but our membership is open to everyone that wants a better community banking experience. We know our neighbourhoods because we get involved and we embrace the diversity of our membership.

Our approach is simple: ‘Better Banking’ for our members and the neighbourhoods we serve through excellent rates and personal service.
