Notice of Nomination Period for Election of Directors
Notice is hereby given that an election to fill two positions on the Board of Directors of Italian Canadian Savings & Credit Union will take place at the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2007.
Members interested in running for a position on the Board must file an Application for Nomination during the Nomination Period of April 13, 2007, to May 13, 2007. All Applications for Nomination must be received by the Corporate Secretary at the Credit Union's office prior to the close of business on May 13, 2007.
Applications for Nomination packages are available to be picked up at the Credit Union's office. Eligibility requirements are outlined in the package, along with a set of criteria established by the Board of Directors against which candidates will be evaluated.
Applications will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee following which eligible candidates will be interviewed by the Committee. If more eligible candidates than vacancies are nominated, voting will take place at the Annual General Meeting.
