TAKE NOTICE THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ITALIAN CANADIAN SAVINGS & CREDIT UNION LIMITED WILL TAKE PLACE AT 6:30 P.M., THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2009, AT THE FAMEE FURLANE, VAUGHAN, ONTARIO.
The purpose of the meeting is
1. To receive the Report of Directors, the Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report and the Audit Committee Report.
2. To appoint the auditor.
3. To elect three directors.
4. To transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Registration at 6:30PM; Meeting at 7:00PM ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
