Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

All Members of IC Savings:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of IC Savings will take place on May 27, 2026 at the Corporate Office of IC Savings, 5300 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON M9B 1B2.

• Registration at 6:30pm
• Meeting at 7:00pm

The purpose of the meeting is to:

• approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
• receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports of the Directors, Audit and Risk Committee and the Auditors for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026.
• appoint the Auditors for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027.
• elect four Directors to fill vacancies as of the Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2026.
• transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Copies of the financial statements of IC Savings will be available at least 10 days before the meeting and can be requested via agm@icsavings.ca.
