What are my branch hours?
For the time being, we have temporarily adjusted our branch hours. We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 2pm although calls will be taken until 5pm. Please call ahead before you visit; we will accommodate in-branch visits for requests that are time-sensitive in nature and can only be completed in-person. Otherwise, there is a lot we can do for you by phone or email.
How do I activate my new card?
Once you receive your card in the mail, visit us in branch to activate your card unless you requested a personalized card. In that case, you will receive another mailer and can use the information included in it at any ATM.
What happens if I get a suspicious email or text from IC Savings?
IC Savings will never send you an unsolicited email or message asking for any confidential information – this includes information such as your PIN, password or card numbers. If you do receive an email of this nature, please report it. If you think you have been a victim of fraud or have any unknown transactions on your account, please let us know.
How do I order new cheques?
You can now order cheques within Online Banking.
- First, click My Accounts.
- Next, select your bank account, then click Order Cheques.
Follow the prompts to submit your order.
