Report a lost/stolen debit card or suspicious account activity

During regular business hours, call your home branch.

After-hours support, phone, toll-free, from anywhere in Canada: 1-888-277-1043

For verification purposes, be ready to provide your name and either:

  • your Member Card® debit card and account numbers
  • your social insurance number and birth date

We are open Monday to Wednesday, from 9:30am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday, until 6pm, and on Saturday, from 9:30am to 2pm. If you prefer to set an appointment to deal with banking requests that might need more time, feel free to speak with your branch team. 

Once you receive your card in the mail, visit us in branch to activate your card unless you requested a personalized card. In that case, you will receive another mailer and can use the information included in it at any ATM.

IC Savings will never send you an unsolicited email or message asking for any confidential information – this includes information such as your PIN, password or card numbers. If you do receive an email of this nature, please call yoru branch team to report it. If you think you have been a victim of fraud or have any unknown transactions on your account, please let us know.

You can now order cheques within Online Banking.

  • First, click My Accounts.
  • Next, select your bank account, then click Order Cheques.
