Do I have to pay anything?
|Not at all. Our mobile banking app is free to download for our members and we will never charge you for using this service. Remember, since the app uses data, you may incur charges from your mobile network provider; standard data usage rates may apply.|
How do I download the mobile banking app?
Our app can be downloaded for iPhone and Android. Just follow these easy steps:
What is QuickView?
|The unique QuickView feature displays the balances of your accounts at any time the app is open, without needing to log on first.|
Does the QuickView feature automatically display my balances?
|The default setting of the QuickView feature is "Off". You can turn on QuickView under Settings / Preferences on the app.|
Will the mobile banking app work if I have a shared or joint account?
|Yes. Just enter your account details as you normally would.|
Will I still see my personal access image when I log in?
|No. Since the authenticity of the app is already verified, you won't have to go through this step to access your accounts and start banking.|
If my phone is lost or stolen, will my information be at risk?
As a rule, we recommend that you keep your smartphone password protected and contact your mobile carrier to deactivate your phone as soon as it is lost.
Your account can only be accessed by entering your personal access code, so your personal information is safe. However, if you've activated the QuickView feature, your account balances, and only your account balances, will be visible.
For additional security, you can stop the mobile app from accessing your account information at any time by using our online banking website to un-pair your mobile device. You may also contact us to change your personal access code.
I'm using a different brand of smartphone. Can I still access mobile banking?
