Important Information: Canada Post Service Disruption
The delivery of important banking documents by Canada Post will be delayed until the current labour disruption concludes. These documents may include monthly account and/or credit card statements as well as GIC maturity renewal letters. Members should request copies of these documents through their home branch.
Also important is that any required payments are to be made on time to keep accounts in good standing. Consider setting up pre-authorized debits with vendors for bill payments.
